Kelvin Court

Overall a very good experience. Nice complex with good amenities. Fitness center is small but never used so waiting for weights/machines never happens. Parking is good, spots are very large and easy to park in. Guest parking on weekends can be limited. Staff tend to be kind, receptive, and responsive. A broken sink was fixed in under an hour.

Small-ish Complex that is Everything I Need

The overall complex is much smaller than most apartment complexes in Irvine (50 units versus 100+). The units are nicely sized and our bedroom easily fits a queen bed and desk. Mark and Ralph (people the leasing office) are great and very friendly. They take the time to learn all the tenets names and are very responsive to emails/people dropping into the office. Any maintenance stuff is handled quickly and I haven't had any issues with noise (I do live on the top 3rd floor though, so not sure how noise is for levels 1 and 2). The complex feels very safe and parking in the garage is very easy.

Small and Great Community

Office managers are so friendly. Garage parking is great. Units are big and community is small and quiet. I love living here.
