So far, so good!
There are ample amenity spaces included with rent, including a gym, pool, two outdoor lounge spaces, and a study/business center (100 pages of B/W printing/year included). It's a very pet-friendly building; there's a park behind the property that is frequently used by dog owners, which is super convenient. The building is on PSU's campus (I think), so a significant amount of tenants are students. So far, the neighborhood has been quiet!
