Do not live here

Several things in my apartment were installed incorrectly impacting the air quality in my unit, there is not enough elevators for how big the complex is and they break all the time. Foul smells are also a regular occurrence. They also don’t let you in your apartment if you get locked out even though the locks are digital and are programmed to lock automatically.

Nice Walk to Campus

Living at 2010 west end allows me to walk to the school of nursing through campus, instead of on busy streets, in about 12 minutes. There are a lot of Vanderbilt graduate students in the building. For it's young demographic, the apartment complex is pretty quiet. I love the gym and rooftop pool. The dog "park" is very small. I study in the co-working space every weekend - lots of natural light. My studio apartment has incredible storage! 24/7 concierge and multiple fob points make it very safe.

Great Apartment

I love that it is close to the law school. The amenities are new and wide open with lots of natural light. The concierge is very friendly and the safety is top-notch. The only downside is the parking garage which has had issues with the door opening and closing properly, but this does not impact my feeling on the apartment overall.

Convenient to campus, secure building with doorman, responsive and friendly management

I once had my breaker go out in August and management came up within a half hour on a Sunday to fix it! 7-minute walk to the law school, gorgeous rooftop with firepits, pool, jacuzzi, 6+ grills, and fun rec room with billiards and ping pong. Love the coffee and hydration station as well as the dog run!

Nice Location

2010 West End is a great location for a Vanderbilt student. There are a lot of pets that live here which can be great, but also means that things are not always perfect. The elevators are pretty slow, which can be annoying but not a deal breaker. When things break, maintenance is pretty good at coming to fix it fast. A decent place to live for a year or two, but wouldn't want to stay too long.

New building

Good amenities (ping pong, pool, gym, hot tub, party area), the building is very new and has nice aesthetics (great rooftop view).
