Very large apartments, feels like a home
This complex is quiet, very nice, and feels very home-y.

Lullwater Jennings Mill
The walls are paper thin. The appliances are very cheap for the price paid and do not get many things clean.
It is quiet on the property if your neighbors are courteous.

Great apartment but far away
Very nice apartment, the community is super quiet. Much less college-y and much more adult-y in demographics. Downside is that it is terribly far from campus for an apartment, probably a 15+ minute drive.

Lullwater Jennings Mill
The apartment is spacious but the appliances are cheap, especially for the rent price and age of the property. The insulation from higher apartments is not sufficient as you can hear people just walking around.

Very good but far
The apartment itself is very nice and in a beautiful area. The one downside is that it is rather far from campus (~20 minutes) but this is not a big hurdle.
