Amazing location, decent value, unique place
I love my apartment. It’s got a cool old school vibe, high ceilings, is very spacious for a one bedroom, and nice neighbors. Trinity (landlord company) has always been very responsive and kind whenever I’ve needed anything. My only issue is that the washing machines and dryers are coin operated and fairly expensive for such low quality machines. Overall great apartment.

Unique Durham Property
In my second year I decided to move out of S9 as my roommate was moving out so it made a for a good timing. I looked on craigslist for something that was not an over-priced complex, had character and a good location.
I found a Trinity Property right across the street from East Campus with tons of space (2 BR for one person), character, hardwood, and a quiet place to live. Trinity is a local real estate company with several properties, but there are also other local properties on craigslist that are 1-2 BR that can be sought out by individuals looking for an alternative to S9, Crescent, etc...
