Great Complex
Wilco is a great place to live! It has fantastic amenities, a fun community and is a very easy drive to campus. The building has a pool, hot tub, gym (with connected yoga room), podcast studio, an indoor fancy kitchen lounge with a large TV, a rooftop lounge with a firepit and grilling station, a pet relief area and excellent security. They have community events every so often, including a summer taco party, paint and sip nights and free yoga classes twice a month.
The area is quite sketchy, however there is a korean spa, 7-11 and well known comedy club within a block or two of the building.

Nice Community and an easy drive to campus
The community here is great! The building is very secure and there are great amenities. It is pricey, but pet friendly and I have two parking spots (and one car, so I have a guest spot). They have the occasional community event to get to know your neighbors (Wine abs Painting nights, free comedy club events, etc). It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to campus in normal traffic. The one down side is that the immediate vicinity is not very walkable.
