Great if you're looking to live outside of Boulder

Really good location, walking distance from downtown Louisville, which has good coffee spots and restaurants. Quiet area/neighbors, probably best for someone out of undergrad for a bit. 15-20 minute commute depending on weather and time of day. Not very good value I'm paying a lot for a tiny apartment but it's expensive everywhere so it is what it is.
