Frustrating Experience
I've put up with the amenities constantly being broken, the pool and hot tub usually being closed, the homeless, the car break-ins, dog feces being everywhere, constant staff turnover, broken AC unit, shotty appliances, and more. Today I learned that the outgoing packages I was instructed to leave on the mailroom table were stolen, leaving me out a significant amount of money. The front-office girl will not let you review their security cameras, will not issue a refund, and will have quite the attitude while telling you this...all for $4,300 per month. Needless to say, we will not be renewing our lease.
