Nice area and management
The apartment I have is large, especially for the rent. Management is really responsive. I have had some issues with maintenance. They have tended to take their time getting to fixing things, and a couple minor things they said they'd come back and finish but never did. However, whenever I have had to follow up with management regarding some of these things it does get fixed and they are very helpful with any issues that come up.

Lennox Apt
A great, spacious apartment close to RTA stops (7/32 are both within a block and are about a 15 minute ride to HEC). Approx 900sqft with an in-unit washer/dryer, updated kitchen (granite countertops, gas range, dishwasher, oversized sink), and exposed brick throughout. The unit has self-controlled air conditioning and heat. Two blocks from Dave's grocery store and the restaurants and shops at Cedar-Fairmount. The only downside is the price, but it's definitely worth it.

Great place to live
The apartment is spacious, has adequate storage space (smallish closets in each bedroom, 4 common closets), many windows, nice, up-to-date appliances and is well-managed. There are no signs of wear and I have not had any problems with the management.
