A little pricey but if worth it
Location: Grant park area with new construction around the S. Beltline walking trail. Neighbors are generally nice, some just loud. I have a loft space so it's a little pricier but only 10 min from Grady, 15 min from midtown, 20 min from Emory Univ and VAMC so it's worth the little extra.
Apt: Bright open space with big windows and nice balcony. Modern appliances and granite counters. It's relatively quiet, but the walls are kind of thin so if someone is having a party, you'll know.
Management: Very responsive with online portal and in-person issues. Parking: Open but outside so I have to defrost my car when it's cold out.
