Murray Hill
Close to campus, cheap, close to transit, in Little Italy. If you are looking for somewhere to lay your head during your busy days at Case you can not beat the price.

It's a great place to stay. Cheaper than most places. Old houses though, and parking can be tight.

A combination of perfect location and value, with a downside of outdated appliances and hit or miss Landlords.

Spacious, convenient, cheap
Very spacious with huge kitchen, dining room, common room. 2 of the 3 individual rooms are very spacious. Building is in good shape overall.
Management company has been pretty responsive to repair requests etc. Washer/dryer in basement, free to use. Free parking in back, some covered. 8 minute walk to class.
On the downside, no dishwasher, and Murray Hill Road can be noisy.
