Great for Pets, Responsive Landlord!
I love my apartment. My landlord is so responsive and proactively fixes things. Comparatively small fee for pets and there are a lot of other pet owners. Lovely rooftop pool, safe parking garage (tandem). Kitchens are gas stove and updated applicances. 5 minute walk to the bruinbus, 10 minute walk to Kinross gym. I wish there was more sunlight in my apartment and packages sometimes (rarely) get stolen, but otherwise it's a great place.

Good complex across the street from a park. 30 minute walk from campus. Clean facilities. Decent amenities. Not coin-operated laundry, but it has a card system. 2 Blocks south of Wilshire.

Great Landlord, Great Location
My apartment is very secure and the management is great. I have never had to pester my landlord to come fix an issue - she is always on top of it. Location is great, as I am a 5 minute walk from the BruinBus pick up, right across the street from the Veteran Park, and a 5 minute walk to Bristol Farms. Nice pool on the roof. Wish it was more sunny, but I also have a north-facing apartment. AWESOME for pets!!!

Quality Apartment and Close to Bruibus
This apartment is great and pets are very welcome. The landlord is on-site and very on top of things. The units are spacious and have big windows and nice patios, along with updated fixtures. The rooftop pool is really pretty, even if I don't use it often. The only real downsides are the tandem parking and the fact that despite the fact that every entrance locks (and has security cameras), sometimes packages can get stolen from the lobby. The Bruinbus is an 8 minute walk away so getting to campus is fast.
