Far, but worth it
Really the only issues where I live is that it is pretty far from school (about a 45 minute drive) and that the management is pretty inattentive. This is the second property they manage, and there is no leasing office at this property, so they can be a little hard to contact. There is a maintence office though. There are no amenities like a pool or gym, but you are allowed to use the pool and gym at the main property, the 206, about 10 minutes away.
Otherwise, it is a fantastic apartment. The key thing for me and my spouse was that it is a really good value for an apartment and the space is large and the appliances are very nice. Additionally, the bethany/beaverton area is incredibly nice. If you want a safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of things to do and great places to eat, it's great! I drive to school, but there is a bus stop right next to the property as well.
