A Good Starting Point
Overall, the apartment is suitable. The in-unit washer and dryer are a highlight. The neighborhood is also very walkable and bike-friendly. However, the apartment is rather small for two people, and there is not much storage space. Parking is limited to street parking a block or so away from the building. The apartment is certainly a good spot for people new to Portland, but I can't imagine living there for more than a couple years.
