Review for J Linea
My experience has been good so far. The apartment is relatively new, modern and well-managed. The amenities include an apartment gym and rooftop with pool table and small study spaces. However, it does not have a pool or other community amenities. It is in a great location and is consistent with pricing around the area.

It is okay
I like that there are not many residents in my building. I do wish they had more study spaces, but overall very pleased that my apartment is close to school. 7 minute walking distance.

It is expensive but worth it!
My apartment is pretty expensive, but I live in D.C. and am within walking distance of the school. The apartment does put on events to foster community within our building. There is a gym that is 24 hours for your usage as well as concierge at the front of the building.
