Atlantic Plumbing Apartments

Overpriced as with all apartments close to Howard, but decided to live close for convenience as well as the amenities.

Atlantic Plumbing

Great, clean and fresh space. Very close to campus. The only drawback is the cost but it ends up being worth it in the end, in my opinion.

Positive experience overall

Great amenities overall and pet friendly. The roof closes by 11:30-12am most nights so if you need a space to study late night hours, this place isn’t it.

Really great, but not cheap

Great apartment, diligent management, good security. Just very expensive (but on par for DC honestly)

love love love

We've been here 1 month and absolutely love it. the apartments are completely new and everything is top of the line. If you're like me, the aesthetics of where you live really matter and this place has a dope, industrial vibe w/floor to ceiling windows. The roof has some of the best views of the city, including a pool, grills, tons of lay out chairs, a spin studio, ktichen, pool table...everything! Tons of restaurants and bars are set to open in 2016....get in while you can!

Great to buy- management still working out kinks

Great investment, as renters there have been a few issues, for example, obtaining a second of keys and responsiveness from management. This building only allows 10% investors and everyone else must own and live there. Renters don't neccesarily get the best treatment it seems. Amenitites are great, location is fairly ideal and very close to the metro. I

U Street Corridor Reviews

Very vibrant part of town, with a lot of young professionals. There is a lot to do in the neighborhood from restaurants, bars, and even workout studios/gyms. There is so much within walking distance, and there are two metro stops also within walking distance. It is very convenient especially if you are a Howard student. You really couldn’t be in a better neighborhood than U Street corridor and the Shaw District.
Love the restaurants on 14th and the availability of bars in my neighborhood, however the U st bars have creepier people than the bars in other parts of the city. Also my phone was stolen at Tropicalia. Don't go there.
There are not many grocery stores nearby, but there is a great Chinese Restaurant down the street. The neighborhood is probably one of the safest places in DC.
Great parks, restaurants, and bars nearby. Also close to several supermarkets, coffee, shops and a metro station
Shaw // U St is a great place to live. Tons of fun bars and restaurants nearby as well as great shopping.
There are a bunch of restaurants and bars in the area, so that is a major plus. The area is also right next to Meridian Hill Park, so you have easy access to a lot of outdoor space. Depending on the exact location of the building, there can be a lot of noise, but the area is overall safe.
Although, noisy, the U street corridor is by far the only place I'd want to live in DC. Yes, the area is in serious need of some parking garages but between the convenience and amazing nightlife this area has it all.
Love Shaw, feels like a neighborhood but with plenty of fun things to do & very close to everything you would need. Access to public transit while not too far from VA or GW.
