Excellent Apartment for Students – Clean, Safe, and Well-Managed
I’m extremely happy with the apartment I rented for my daughter, who is currently a student at Case Western Reserve University. This building has been the perfect choice for her, and I couldn’t be more satisfied.
The building itself is clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Safety was a top priority for us, and this property checks all the boxes—it’s secure, quiet, and professionally managed. The location is excellent: the bus station is right next door, making commuting very easy, and there’s a grocery store just steps away, which is incredibly convenient for a student living on her own. Everything my daughter needs is within walking distance, which gives us great peace of mind.
Now, regarding Mr. Jessie, the property manager—he has been outstanding from day one. He is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the well-being of his tenants. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed assistance, Mr. Jessie was quick to respond and always handled things efficiently and respectfully.
It’s rare to find a property manager who is not only reliable but also kind and proactive. Mr. Jessie takes pride in the building and makes sure everything runs smoothly. His attention to detail and commitment to providing a safe and pleasant living environment truly stand out.
I highly recommend this building for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and convenient place to live in the area—and I especially recommend working with Mr. Jessie. He’s a property manager you can trust, and I’m grateful for the excellent experience we've had.

Good
New apartments, close to grocery store, slightly far from campus
-

okay
I don't have a car so it is convenient in terms of grocery shopping (aldi's) and bus. We lost power for almost a week though.

Great Customer Service
Foundry Lofts staff is very friendly and they seem to go above and beyond their actual roles I have notice over the year .
I see management helping with odd jobs throughout the property.
Work orders handled very quickly and Jessie always seem to be a call or txt away which is nice .

Great apartment at Foundry Lofts
Great apartment, very new. All units include in-unit full washer/dryer, air conditioner, and water heater. Apartments are pet friendly and there are a lot of dog owners here. It's located next door to Aldi, but nothing else is nearby. Right on Euclid though, so you can ride the Healthline west to downtown or east to CWRU. Lastly, the manager Jesse is super nice and responsive.
You do have to pay Spectrum for your own internet, and parking is an additional $70. All utilities are electric, so you will also pay for heating/cooling, hot water, etc. Water itself is covered though.
