Great Apartment Complex in Tremont

Grosvenor has been a great place to live. Very roomy apartments with lots of space for the apartment. With only about 20-25 units in total, the complex is not often too busy but people are very friendly. Amenities are nice including a small gym, package room, and heated parking in a garage (small but workable). Management is very responsive to concerns, and they are proactive for their residents. Thin walls have been an issue for some residents.
