My favorite place
An absolutely stunning complex with great amenities (clean pool!) and even better staff. Very friendly atmosphere and only a 13 minute drive from campus. Only a 30 second drive from nearest gas station, 3 minute drive from nearest Aldi, and 4-5 minute drive from Brentwood Promenade (Target, Ulta, Trader Joes) and Wallmart/Sam's Club.

Top-notch, with a great gym, pool, and pet-friendly amenities. Managers are easily accessible, maintenance staff is prompt, and there is free gated parking (covered lot available at an additional cost if desired). Located in a safe area of Maplewood. Ten-minute trip down I-44 to campus and SLU hospital, and 5 minutes from St. Mary's. GREAT price and the residents are older (less likely to make noise). The Metro train station is just 50 steps from the front entrance, making Cardinal's games extremely easy. We had to wait 3 months on a waitlist, so if you're considering moving here, it takes some serious planning ahead of time.

Fantastic Building
Amenities include a gym, free coffee, beautiful pool, bocce ball, gated parking, Amazon hub locker. Close walking distance to parks. Major shopping centers including Walmart, Target, Wholefoods, Snucks within 5-10min driving distance. Metro stop on the property. Good building security and maintenance is prompt. Very pet friendly and lots of young professionals. About a 10min drive from campus.

Affordable for what you get
Just built in 2018 and it's a great bargain compared to similar apartments you'll find throughout downtown. Location is very close to Manchester and Big Bend, so it has great access to almost anywhere you'd need to go in the area. About a 15 minute drive from SLU Law. Management and maintenance are very helpful and easy to get in touch with.

Expensive but worth it
On the more expensive side, but the new building is great. Everything you could ask for with amenities and only a 10 minute drive to campus or the property is almost right on top of a metro station as well! :)
