Great spot, very walkable, free parking, would highly recommend. Carrboro is the best.

The building is walkable to everything Carrboro has to offer. It's far away from where most MBA students live but is a great community.

Shelton Station is a pretty great place to live! It's got some minor items to complain about, but most places do. It's close to Carrboro and within walking distance of DT Chapel Hill. I would suggest living there.

Shelton Station is a great place to live if you want to live in Carrboro. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, and grocery stores and has a higher concentration of graduate students in the area when compared to Chapel Hill. There are a handful of MBA students in the building but there will not be as large of a group as you will find at the top MBA complexes. The building is fairly new so units are high quality.

I really enjoy living at Shelton Station for a number of reasons. The location in Carrboro is great. There are tons of good restaurant and bar options nearby, there is a Harris Teeter right next door, and it's fairly removed from the loud bar scene in Franklin and Rosemary. I wish the gym were bigger and had more equipment, but it works.

I have had a positive experience and am going to live here for my second year. The management team is accessible, nice amenities in the apartment (including washer & dryer), safe, and very quiet. Located a 5 minute walk from Harris Teeter and close walking distance anywhere in Carrboro. Walking to Chapel Hill is very doable (~18-20 minutes).

For any negatives, I would say that the gym/fitness room in the building is pretty small - fits a few people comfortably. The balcony views, depending on where your unit is in the building, can vary from being quite nice to nothing special. The rent is a little more than I would like but it includes internet.
