Great place
The Bell is a higher end apartment, but you do get what you pay for. There's a decent amount of space in the apartments, the appliances are newer, it's quiet, and the spaces are very clean. I moved in after Chapel Hill got hit with bad flooding, so the first floor was completely damaged and I have yet to use the amenities that are supposed to be there (common space and gym). The maintenance requests do get completed pretty quickly. The location is pretty convenient as you can pretty much walk to Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Food Lion and there's a lot of restaurants in those plazas as well. I am very satisfied with this place and definitely recommend.

Bell Chapel - Great off-campus apartment
This apartment is a great off-campus spot that is still within a 10-15 minute drive from campus. Management is very responsive and helpful.

Great off-campus apartment
I've had a good experience living at Bell Chapel Hill so far. There have only been minor issues, but management is very responsive and happy to help.

Excellent
I love the Elliot. It's a 7-minute drive to the B-School with fantastic amenities. It's also a walk to Whole Foods, Chipotle, Starbucks, Trader Joes and more.

Great Place to Live
The Bell was built in 2020ish, so it is very new. It has great amenities and the management is super involved and responsive. Only downside is that parking is hard for guests (only ~10 guest spots) so you may have to go down and use your fob to open the garage door for them.

Excellent place for grad students
I wanted to live alone and love my unit. What I love most about this apartment though is that there are plenty of study rooms and common areas. If I ever feel lonely, I know I can go downstairs and will run into a friend.
Management is great. I have never had issues, and the building itself has beautiful ammenities including a pool and a gym.

Highly Recommend
I love living at the Bell Chapel Hill. There are a lot of MBA students that live near me and in the Berkshire and the apartment complex is walking distance from ~5 types of gyms/workout facilities and also, food shopping places.

New and very clean!
It has been wonderful living at the Elliott. If I’m being picky, my only annoyance is the parking. The garage is very small in terms of space, so you have to be very careful turning corners and entering the deck.
