9 E Mount Royal building

I have had a great experience here. The building is very clean, mostly quiet, there is a lot of windows and natural light in most apartments. There is also a Minnie gym, and you can pay monthly to park your car in the building. There are restaurants near by and as a student UB is very close so its an easy walk to school.
