Collington
The building is situated in a mixed development area. Blight is found immediately accross the street and criminal activity borders the property to the east (Patterson Park & Biddle St intersection). However, the Johns Hopkins Hospital Medical campus and up and coming Eager Park neighborhood is just a few shor blocks southwest of the property. It includes newly developed homes, a beautiful park, and commercial franchise restaurants like Charleys, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Starbucks. The exterior of the building is fair aesthetically and includes an outdoor lounge area in the rear adjacent to the parking lot. The overflow dumpster is not well maintained which often attracts some rats. The leasing office is available M-F from 9am-5pm. Maintenance is relatively responsive when needed and pest control visits regularly and upon request. Fortunately I've only ever needed them twice for very common plumbing issues (clogged drain; clogged toilet). The interior of each unit is very spacious with basic appliances. Wood finished kitchen cabinets and tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen.
