Safe, and spacious

As a graduate student, you will be able to afford it if you share. The place is safe and clean. But it's not necessarily close to any university. But you will get buses to both Dunn Loring and Ballston Metro station.

You get what you pay for

Not a bad place to live by far. Very large and spacious apartment. However, rent is on the lower side for the DMV area. So apartment conditions aren’t top tier. We’ve had problems with noisy neighbors, mostly children, pests, AC and heat timing, and the condition of appliances. So you get what you pay for. Overall, not terrible for the price.
