Good location and apartment service, but bad neighbors
Overall the location is very good for students who prefer Asian food. The maintain service and packages management is also good. But you have to pray for not having noisy neighbors who will have parties at 2 am. Rooms near Jamboree street has lots of noise.

Great apartment for couples
I love this apartment complex. Everything is very close and it’s equidistant from the med center and the campus. I plan on living here throughout my entire med school career. Me and my partner live in a 1 bed/1bath + loft. It is extremely spacious and our loft this the perfect study space. This apt has 3 gyms and 3 pools for all of your workout needs. There are a plethora of grills and outdoor spaces as well.

Great if you love Asian food and for car owners
Management is quite attentive. Good pool and Jacuzzi. Nice and spacious gym as well. You can walk right across the street for a lot of ethnic foods, and it's close to an H-Mart (Korean grocery store), multiple Asian restaurants, Target, Whole foods and Walmart all within 5 minutes drive.

Great, clean apartment home community with a large gym which includes weights/cardio machines. Parking is also included and the amenities are kept clean. Overall I love living here and it feels super safe and well managed.
