Falling apart, ripped off

This is the building that nobody wants. The location is close to the law school, but the positives end there. The ceiling is constantly leaking, our pipes have burst twice, and there is constant construction that management doesn't clean up promptly. We are constantly being told with less than 4 hours notice we have to move our cars. Not to mention that a parking fee was imposed with one week notice when we had no fees for a year. Management wants to refurbish the apartments so they are milking the residents for all they are worth and systematically removing amenities while doing nothing about the crumbling doorjambs, or leaks that actually affect our lives. I will be moving out as soon as I can afford it.
