Do not rent through Associated Brokers

The management company has been horrible with correspondence and maintenance. We didn’t have a working stove for 1 month and we’ve had insect and water leak issues. The house was extremely dirty when we got here even though they claimed it was professionally cleaned. Do not rent with Associated Brokers. Englewood is a nice place and a close commute, but living in a house with all of these problems has significant added to the stress of law school.
