Little Italy Duplex Apartment
My landlord Daniel has rented to a lot of Case students. He is very kind, helpful, and understanding. The apartment basically came partially furnished with nice couches, a kitchen table w/chairs, microwave, chest of drawers, he even gave me a bed frame with mattress. I also only pay $10 for parking anywhere in the Little Italy/ University Circle area!
