Unsafe, poor management, not worth the convenience
Our first year here was alright. The neighborhood was sketchy, but building security was fine. But management changed and things went down hill.
Issues include:
Homeless people and drug addicts get into the building all the time and trash the facilities.
Packages getting stolen is almost guaranteed and management does nothing about it.
Elevators are down all the time with no warning or notification.
If somebody parks in your spot, they won't tow it and you're just SOL for the next 24 hours.
Internet in the "Soloprenuer Room" (communal office) is spotty at best
Management has a history of letting themselves into rooms with no notice
They're also beginning to charge a monthly fee for parking.

Solid apartment, crappy neighborhood
Pros:
The gym and outdoor facilities are nice
Good security
Ample guest parking
Responsive staff
Being next to a metro stop is awesome
Cons:
The neighborhood is dirty and dangerous
Lots of homeless and people actively taking drugs next door
Pet owners here are not great. Lots of loud animals and accidents in public areas.
