Location with a little noise

Can be a little loud on the weekends, but otherwise it’s in a great location and staff are nice.

ATL City Loving

It has been an easy transition moving from Buckhead. I really enjoy the convenience of everything in the low cost city living. Enjoy that there are food trucks that come each week! The ease of transportation to and from different areas in Atlanta is great.

Great place to live

This place is in an awesome neighborhood! We are in a busy area but it is still surprisingly quiet.

I love it! Roof top deck, two pools, walking distance to edgewood an awesome up and coming neighborhood with tons to do! We can bike on freedom park trail to the beltline without having to go on busy roads!

LOVE it! highly recommend

Camden Vantage - 180 Jackson St

Great location with an amazing view of the downtown Atlanta skyline. Easy access to 75/85. Unfortunately management does not have reasonable pricing. Apartment is spacious. Also had a rash of crimes and break ins in the parking deck as well as apts.

not safe

After only a couple months living in the complex, I had someone break into my car which was parked inside the gate. Only a minor item was stolen, and I figured that was part of living in the city. A few months later, My the window on my girlfriend's car was busted out and her things were strewn around the visitor parking lot. It was a terrible experience that was made worse when, after calling 911, I tried calling the Camden Vantage "on duty" officer, and was transferred to the corporate call center to be put on hold. So, while this safety measure was advertised to residents and prospective renters, it was a total sham. I confronted the leasing office about this after the event and was treated nicely by ----- (who no longer works at Vantage). New security measures were put in place, including a safety patrol (which has since been ceased). Now, a security officer walks around the property but is rarely seen by anyone unless I see him in the clubhouse watching TV.

In the months since my own personal incidents, we have been notified of several other forced entries, burglaries, and other safety issues such as a Camden Vantage resident kidnapping someone and bringing them back to her apartment just last week.

I understand that there are safety concerns when living in such a large city, but the response and attitude that the leasing office and Camden as a whole takes is largely nonexistent other than a message on the online community bulletin board. When residents try to voice concerns, they are met with a patronizing attitude and a "Yea.. so what?" demeanor. I have experienced this personally with ----- in particular. I wish more of the leasing staff would take responsibility for the complex and company they represent and try to make a difference on behalf of the residents they serve.

I do enjoy living so close to the Beltline and other attractions. The maintenance staff is on point and completes requests in a very timely manner. There is extremely limited parking, so don't plan on hosting many get togethers with friends and family.

I began renting from Camden Vantage and enjoyed my time until the apartment complex became a rampant crime hub. I don't feel safe here. There is an abandoned high school next door that houses many homeless. You'll see cop cars patrolling the school to keep them out, and I've seen large groups of transients (or whoever they may be) meeting on the field behind the school very late at night. Shouldn't the security guard be on top of this?

Great option for Georgia State students. It seems like the building is inhabited mostly by GSU students any way. Great price for wood floors, in unit washer dryer, and updated kitchen. I wish the lighting was better in my apartment. I don't know what other apartments look like but my overhead lighting is a dim track light in the living room. The bedroom doesn't have any overhead lighting, which is quite inconvenient. Very close to GSU and MARTA (Five Points station and Garnett station). Also close to Edgewood bar strip.
Awesome place to live!! Amazing location, quiet yet in the middle of all the action! Roof top deck with great views of Atlanta and nice pools!

And its right on the famous Jackson St. Bridge!
I love living in downtown. It's close to all the other major neighborhoods by MARTA and is starting to have more walkability as far as shopping and restaurants go. The only con is the lack of easy parking, and the traffic during major sporting events, concerts, and conventions.
