The property is very nice and includes many amenities. I am fairly happy with it.

What’s the Cost?
The amenities are great- you are less than a 10 minute walk from the university, there is a gym and a coffeeshop. It does feel designed for students (as it is for graduate students). All the utilities are included and there are furnished plans available. The area itself, Midtown offers plenty of local restaurants and bars.
However, it is pricy. Very unfortunate.

Very nice apartment
The apartment is brand new, so the appliances are updated and the building is very clean. The only downside is that these apartments are very small compared to other similarly priced apartments in the area. I do, however, really like that mostly students live in this complex. Any maintenance issues were fixed promptly. The walls seem to be well insulated, because I never hear people when I'm in my apartment. Depending on what side of the building you are on, the street noise/bar noise can be pretty loud.

Just Don't
This is a brand-new apartment building as of 2023. I paid extra for a furnished studio, and the refrigerator was broken within a month and a half of move-in. We were promised that a coffee shop and grocery store would be complete before the school year began; the coffee shop opened the third week of October and the grocery store is currently a pile of gravel.
The electricity has gone off for extended periods of time at least thrice. The internet is spotty at best and sometimes will go out entirely for an hour, particularly on the weekends. The walls and windows are so thin I can hear music from bars two blocks away. The floor is so thin that moving a chair in the apartment above me sounds like someone is dropping a bowling ball. The heating and air conditioning are on a floor-democracy plan where whichever has more people attempting to set their thermostats to it is what everyone's thermostat is forced to be at. Management is evasive at best with complaints.
According to my friends at The Broadview, I've had an impressively painless experience.
The location is perfect, and the amenities (when functional) are really nice. We have a wonderful, cohesive community (mostly due to frustration bonding). But I'm moving out when my lease is up.

Overpriced for the tiny room
The room is tiny. Not worth the money. I woke up from my neighbor's washing machine running every night because the walls are so thin. One of the lights doesn't work upon move-in. The closet only has a curtain as a "door" and is right in front of the stove within 1 foot. public areas are constantly freezing cold. feel like working in a fridge. horrible experience and I will not recommend it to anybody

Broadview Review
So far, I enjoy living here! It’s a brand new building and is very nice and modern! It’s so close to campus and the parking is through Vanderbilt which allows you to park at the apartment but also around campus. My apartment is definitely very very small but it is very well thought out and planned to be able to fit all of my belongings! I really liked that it was fully furnished and the furnishings are great! Overall I would recommend it but would highlight that it is small.

Absolutely Horrible
There's genuinely so many problems with this complex — I absolutely regret signing here and wish I had the means to break my lease. The management is rude and disrespectful and the apartment reeks of shoddy workmanship. My apartment is brand new, and I'm the first person to live here, but literally everything in my apartment is damaged. I'm constantly having issues with my AC and other appliances, and the maintenance men won't fix it.

Good place to live alone
Studio is tiny but works if you don’t plan on having lots of guests

Small and expensive but worth it
The apartment is very small and very expensive, but management has been very kind, puts on lots of events with free food, and the amenities are incredible. It’s a 5 minute walk to campus (15-20 minutes to peabody campus).

Great experience
Staff is fantastic. It is nice living in a place with other Vanderbilt students, and there are monthly events to get to know other residents. Maintenance is helpful. Facilities are new and clean. Parking is through a Vanderbilt parking pass.
