I would stay if the rent didn't go up
Other than the occasional roach issue, living here has been fairly issue free. I haven't ran into any safety issues. Maintenance is very kind and quick to act on your requests. If you have a noisy neighbor or neighbor with a loud car, you can hear them out in the hallway/parking unfortunately. Add about $100-120 for utilities since they are not included in the rent. Plenty of parking. The rent does seem to have gone up since I signed so it would definitely be more manageable sharing the rent with someone.

Affordable
Apartment walls are thin, but community is very quite. Management is very responsive by phone and email. Maintenance responds to requests within two business days.
Apartment is a bit pricey for a non-renovated apartment, but you're paying for the conveneince of the location so it pays off. This place is more affordable than most places, for the location perks.
