Great location!
I have lived at these apartments since before I started law school, I have had zero issues with bugs or anything like that, at most it is just the sound of the upstairs neighbors so I recommend a top unit if you can. The location cannot be beat, it is close to literally everything you could think of including a walk to target. I have felt very safe living here alone for the past few years and would absolutely recommend it to any student coming to live in orlando to start law school as it's only 10m away from campus.
