Great location, no amenities.

The apartment building is older but my unit was recently renovated with a new kitchen and washer/dryer. Decent size for single living, way too small for 2 people. There’s no balcony/patio/outdoor area to hang around but is very close walking distance to mass ave and coffee shops, there’s a gated parking lot out back that’s free, and no gym. Electricity and internet probably goes out once a month. The windows and doors are so old that cold/hot air constantly flows through your apartment. Maintenance is pretty quick. You’re living right off of the highway so it can get pretty loud.
