Circle City Apartments

My husband and I live in The Spink building of CCA, and we love it. Water is included and there are a ton of amenities at the main building about a block away. The staff is very friendly and professional and the buildings are well-maintained. My only complaint is that some of our packages and my husband’s bike have been stolen. I think this is just an issue with living in the city, though.

I love the location, not too far and not too close to the noise of the city. The maintenance and office crew here respond quickly and adequately address any issues you may have. There is no laundry in unit, but it is communal in the basement and I have had no issues with it. The units are large and spacious with alot of natural light. They have multiple buildings around the city. I live in the Van Dyke building.

I love my apartment. It is 632 sq ft, has a bedroom cove but it doesn't have a door so it has to be listed and priced as a studio. It's a steal to live downtown. My big complaint is that there is no elevator for the building. Otherwise, the complex has a really nice gym and pool at their main location for free which is nice, but slightly inconvenient to have to drive there.

My building is a five-minute walk from Massachusetts Ave so it is great for nightlife and socializing.

My apartment is situated right in the middle of Mass Ave. As a law student, you do not get much free time. But with this location, you are able to make great use of it. There are so many restaurants, bars, events, fun activities that occur right outside the apartment. If you have the money or want to split a one bed one bath apartment with a partner to save money, I would highly recommend this place. Also, only a 5 minute drive from the law school and many firms downtown.
