Spacious, walkable, and afforable
Apartment:
Very spacious apartment in Greenmount West. It's a third floor walk-up which is about a 10 minute walk away from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Neighborhood:
It's a mostly residential neighborhood, relatively quiet, and walkable to Mt. Vernon and Midtown. Always be aware, especially at night, but otherwise, it's a good neighborhood.
Parking:
If you have a car, you can get a $40 parking permit for the year. There is a lot of available street parking.
Utilities:
The landlord covers water, so you are responsible for gas, electric, internet, etc. Only downside is that the kitchen window has a draft.
