Great but thin walls

The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor use the rest room. When signing my lease they did not let me know that there was a club attached to apartment so it is beyond Loud on weekend nights. I can say it is safe and they keep it clean. But the noise is the biggest issue depending on what unit you stay in

Collection 14

I live in a small studio at Collection 14, which worked well for living alone during clerkship years. The apartment is nice, there is small apartment gym, and it is located in a fun area with many restaurants and activities. Parking is exorbitant ($300 per month) so get DC street parking if you plan to live here.
