Great Spot for UGA Students
Living at Puritan Mill has been an enjoyable experience since I initially moved in. With all the housing and amenities being newer, the management is putting in an extra effort to keep everything up to par. Of my few requests for maintenance, they were quick to respond and fix any small issues that I communicated.

Great Spot for UGA Students
A quiet spot tucked away in Athens, but not too far from the Campus (5-10 min drive). The buildings and amentities are all very new, which was a huge plus. Had a problem with the dryer unit, but we called and maintenance was very quick to fix it. I would highly recommend other students to live here.

Puritan Mill experience
We had a good time living at Puritan Mill overall. It is a little further from downtown than some other places we have lived, but it is also much more quiet and safe. There is a local coffee shop and a couple restaurants right next door so you have that as an option if you do not want to go far. Overall I would recommend.

Great Community for Price
The community is new construction, so it's nice being one of the first people to live there. The amenities are good too, and I enjoy using the study rooms at the clubhouse. Pretty close to shopping in both Athens and Watkinsville.

Puritan Mill
It is far from campus. I don't have a car, so I have to Uber if I can't get a ride with my roommates. It gets expensive.
