Best of Both Worlds

I love where I live because I have plenty within walking distance such as bars, restaurants, Trader Joe's, a barber, hardware store, drycleaner, etc... I am close to I-5 but not too close, and just a short drive away from both campus and downtown. My neighbors are friendly, and I enjoy that I have a small backyard for my dogs.
