Extremely good for price

Very good insulation and heating, extremely spacious for the price, comes with a spacious basement and garage for storage and a great size washer and dryer. Love my room. No AC. Stove has great burners, but I wish the smoke ventilator was a bit stronger because the fire alarm goes off too easily when cooking.
