Great property in a

Brand new building opened in June 2023. Amenities are high end including pool, club room & outdoor terrace, rooftop terrace, coffee station, work from home area with printer and bike storage. Apartment was well built with high-end finishes and stainless steel appliances.

Riverside is a neighborhood just south of Lady Bird Lake and east of I35, with extremely easy access to the trails along the water. Nearby there are plenty of nearby shops including amazing taco's at Rosita's Al Pastor, Chipotle, Poke, Walgreens, and an H-E-B just a few minute drive away. Another benefit of this location is it is a much shorter trip to the airport, roughly only 15 minutes away.

Travelling from the Alexan Riverside is extremely accessible, it is directly on a bus route to UT (30 min), and only a short drive (or bike) to downtown and East Austin. Biking to UT takes approximately 20 minutes.
