Great apartment, bad management
This apartment complex is managed by Greystar, NOT Willowbridge. While the facilities are incredible, management is terrible. The complex is plagued by issues with upkeep, and recently a major problem with package thieves. Recently, a video circulated of one of the package thieves attempting to break into an apartment. Management refuses to do anything to address the problem. Also, there is NO visitor parking, as all spots are reserved for the restaurant in the building, and any visitors that park there are promptly towed.

Great value
High-end finishings and amenities. Great deals depending on the month for leases. Cheaper and nicer than most of the apartments within 2 miles of campus. The only downside is that each unit only gets one spot in the garage, but there is plenty of street parking available.

The amenities are nice (Pool, hot tub, gym). The walls are thin. Management is so-so. There was a switch to greystar and that caused some discourse.

Starlight
Recently opened so they had to work out some issues in the apartment but everything is pretty much fixed at this point. I haven’t tried the hot tub yet.

Starlight Apartments
The apartment has been great so far. Everything works properly and the walls seem to be pretty thick, which is a big plus for me.
The only issue I've had is that there's a freight train that goes by every night at about 2:30am and wakes me up. If you move in here I highly suggest living on the west side of the apartment. The north or south sides will probably be fine too.
