Sufficient but not a long-term ideal
Within walking distance from campus, was once a nice older building but not super well-maintained since its heyday. Downstairs neighbors used to be super loud, but have moved out. Laundry is in basement but requires outside access (not fun in winter/rain). Maintenance comes on request but will also show up with under an hour's notice on a weekday when not requested. Management is generally polite and friendly but uninvolved. Pets allowed, residents are largely students. Access to one bus route and a morning shuttle, within saferide distance. Transport back in the evenings is more shaky, generally walking or bus. No amenities.
