You get what you pay for!

I absolutely the management team! They are always so friendly and they respond quickly to any maintenance requests. However, the washer/dryer is in shared among the residents of the building and there are only two amenities: A fire pit and grills (and also a beautiful courtyard if you consider that an amenity). It is a 10 minute walk to school or a 3 minute drive and is walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, local events etc. I pay a relatively low rate compared to surrounding communities but I believe it is because of the lack of amenities.

Cameron Court

Horrible maintenance, horrible management. I have maintenance in my home once a week at a minimum. Standards are below acceptable.
