Trinity Bluff

Overall, I really like living here. All my neighbors are super friendly, and you have access to amenities at both Trinity Bluff and District, which is nice. Some apartments in the complex are totally updated and some are partially updated. I live in a partially updated apartment, which I don’t mind because I think it has a “homier” feel. The updated apartments have the light and white finishes without looking sterile. My favorite part about living here, though, is how close it is to the Trinity Trail and downtown. my commute to school ranges from 4-8 minutes (depending on the time), and my commute to work is two minutes. Not bad at all.

Safe, great place to live

For TAMU law students, this is a great place to live. It is a bit costly, but you get what you pay for. Staff is great, amenities are great. They do events all the time if you like that. Furthermore, if you dont like social events, they bring food trucks and other less social events. The gym is ok, it sometimes has broken equipment and it isn't the biggest or the most up to date.

Good option for law student.

Trinity Urban is a great place for a law student. Conveniently located exactly 1 mile away from the school, walking distance from Sundance square nicely on the river and running trail. It is a great location for a pet owner with a small little dog park and plenty of safe sidewalks and grassy areas. Management is mostly friendly but we have had a few issues through management switches we've had to fight to receive money for, etc. The amenities are nice though and the apartment is spacious for a reasonable price.

Nice downtown apartment

My husband and I enjoy living at this residence. The facilities are nice and modern. There is a pool and gym built into the building. While we can hear our upstairs neighbor, this is normal in apartment living. However, we never hear our next door neighbors so there is pretty good sound cushioning overall. You can walk to downtown easily from this apartment which is nice for going to the theater or dinner.

Love Apartment - Heavily Dislike Leasing/Office Staff

I love my apartment and all the amenities! However, I have a long list of complaints about the leasing housing office. 1) they loose packages and don't seem to care about it 2) maintenance is SLOW 3) some people in the office are very passive aggressive and snippy -- if I have a problem they blame it on me 4) I was locked out of the building when my clicker wouldn't work -- still waiting on a call back about that 5) they don't answer emails or the phone -- I found it is better to just make time to go in person. Although I am not a fan of the leasing/office staff, as long as I do not have to deal with them, I am a happy resident!

The neighborhood is very safe, family-friendly with lots of pets. There are a ton of restaurants and stores to go to very close by, and it’s also very close to Keller with all of those stores and offices as well.
I like living in Fort Worth because it has a lot of the features of a city without all of the problems of a city. It’s also close enough to Dallas (30-60 mins) to spend time there if that’s more your speed
I always feel super safe here. The fire station is across the street, the police station is just a few blocks away, cops patrol the neighborhood, and TCCC security officers are always around. The parking garage is gated but is also available to visitors through a call box, and I’ve never had trouble finding a good parking space.
It is a nice neighborhood. It does not have a community per se. It is the bar district, so it is often loud at night. But the police are always patrolling, keeping the area safe, and there are some good restaurants and museums very close by. It is a super easy drive to the law school. Overall, it is a great place to live.
Near Southside is an up and coming neighborhood with lots of new entertainment and food options! It’s a quiet area and I’ve never felt unsafe with all the people around. Magnolia is mostly restaurants and medical offices so it’s never overly crowded or too much traffic.
Magnolia is great, there heaps of places to eat and shop that aren’t chains or corporations. It also has fun festivals and events throughout the year.
Great neighborhood area. Filled with families, people with pets, and college students. There is a good mix of people and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. There is also a wonderful shopping center next door.
The neighborhood is incredible. Walking distance to four coffee shops, restaurants, stores, etc. It's great to walk around, and I love being within walking distance to all these places to eat and study.
