Studio One

Management is easy to get ahold of, but they’re sometimes a bit disorganized; they are responsive for repair tickets and questions. Concrete ceilings between floors so it’s quiet for the most part. The parking structure is a Wayne structure so you get the student rate for the pass. Relatively new building so the appliances are usually pretty new
