Safe but not too expensive
Brookfield Village Apartments is in a safer part of town without being too terribly expensive. There are a lot of one bedroom and two bedroom options if you want to live alone, but with a roommate it would certainly be cheaper. They have a dog park for pets and the management and maintenance people are very nice. The only issue I have had is that my truck was broken into once, (which apparently has only happened once before and I have out of state plates which makes me a target I am sure) but Brookfield Village was helpful in getting camera footage to the police and they were very nice about the whole thing. I have never felt unsafe there.

Good neighborhood and quiet
The neighborhood is nice. It is quiet and I have never felt worried about my car getting broken into or anything. The staff is good and responds to issues quickly. It is right off of Wanamaker, so it is close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Great location and nice place, but expensive.
Management is responsive and nice. It is in a really good part of town. Only about a ten minute drive to campus, but in a safe neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. The apartment is clean. No issues with parking. It is quiet. Does not have any special perks like a pool or gym.
