Great place to live!

My experience here has been wonderful! Very safe. No safety issues at all. I live in a gated community. The managers here are very understanding and maintenance is very quick and responsive. I have no complaints.

it may be a little older, but it’s reasonably priced, clean, & walking distance to a trader joes so what could be better

Gables Citywalk Waterford Square

Basic amenities and finishings in a fantastic location for a reasonable price. Management is generally very responsive to issues.

Friendly neighborhood. Right next to Levy Park - good for dogs and a few restaurants. Very close (less than 5 min) to multiple grocery stores, restaurants.

Very upscale and safe area. Lots of great food and nearby shopping for anything you need from H-E-B to the Apple Store. Also the Galleria is only 10 minutes away. Levy Park is right next to the complex and is great for dogs and kids.

We live above a nightclub/bar that is very loud. People often screaming in the streets. It was not open when we moved in.

The neighborhood is very safe!! I love living here, I doubt I move. There is also a lot to do around this area! Bars, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, close to malls, and very close to school!
