Arlington Apartment

I like my apartment because it feels like an escapee from campus. The gym is convenient and the neighborhood is safe. There is a shuttle that takes residents to the metro station if needed. I like how there is garage parking for my car and it's a very new building. There is also in unit laundry. The biggest con is the cost.

Good apartment

Very nice apartment. Built within the last decade, it includes a nice gym, pet spa, lounge area, grill facilities, and a wading pool. I appreciate how safe and convenient it feels. The downsides are 1- it is pretty expensive (especially for parking which is $150 a month for the first vehicle) and 2-it is not super near a metro station.
