Nice enough and budget friendly

The staff is kind, responsive, and quick to address resident concerns. It isn’t a luxury building, but the rooftop deck, gym, and clean apartments are very nice. The neighborhood is also incredible. Very safe, 5 minutes from Adams Morgan, DuPont Circle, and Woodley Park.

2100 Connecticut

I had a studio+ which had a separate space for a small bedroom, but without a full wall. It was pretty spacious for being a studio and for the price. The bathroom was rather large and the walk-in closet had a lot of storage space. It was a good price for the area, too, as the closest metro was 10 min walk to dupont circle. Lots of bus lines there too.
